Synopsis

Gordon is dead, but his cell phone lives on. When Jean, an empathetic museum worker, answers the ringing phone beside him in a cafe, she becomes comforter and confessor to the man’s grieving friends and family.

Before long, Jean is ensnared in Gordon’s bizarre life. Sarah Ruhl’s comedy confronts morality, redemption and the need to connect in a technologically obsessed world.
