Synopsis

Based on a true story, Come From Away follows the people of Gander, Newfoundland, when 38 planes were diverted to their airport on September 11, 2001.

As thousands of travelers arrive unexpectedly, the small community responds with food, shelter, music and open-hearted hospitality, turning a moment of fear into a story of connection.
