Basis
Based on the film Beetlejuice by Tim Burton

Synopsis

Lydia Deetz, an unusual teenager, encounters Beetlejuice, a wild ghost from the Netherworld, when her family moves into a haunted house. As they try to frighten away the living occupants, their antics spiral out of control. The musical expands on the film’s iconic elements with spectacular stage effects, raucous humor and catchy songs, capturing the heart and spirit of Tim Burton’s original creation while exploring themes of life, death and the afterlife in unexpected and hilarious ways.
