Synopsis

In Always a Bridesmaid, four friends make the kind of promise that sounds simple until life, love and a parade of weddings start testing every stitch. The Jones Hope Wooten comedy follows Libby Ruth, Deedra, Monette and Charlie more than 30 years after a senior prom pact to stand up in each other’s weddings, no matter how many runaway brides, disastrous dresses and altar-side surprises follow.

St. Marys Little Theatre stages the comedy June 25-28, 2026, directed by Gloria Hurley. The production is the company’s first show in its new home at 4515 GA-40 E, Ste. E, opening a new chapter with a story built around friendship, loyalty and laughter. Tickets are $20, with advance purchase recommended.
