Synopsis
Waitress delves into the life of Jenna Hunterson, a waitress ensnared in a dreary marriage, whose life takes a tumultuous turn when she discovers she’s pregnant. Jenna’s mundane days are punctuated by her creatively named pies, which serve as metaphors for the escapades and dreams stirring within her. Her life’s monotony breaks when a baking contest and the arrival of a handsome new doctor in town.

Production Notes
Due to a fire at Players by the Sea’s Studio Theatre, Waitress has been relocated and rescheduled. Performances will now take place on the following dates:
- Friday, May 16 at 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday, May 17 at 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Sunday, May 18 at 7:30 p.m.
Patrons with existing reservations can transfer their tickets to one of the new dates. Additional options will be available through the Box Office for those unable to attend.
