Synopsis
Agnes, a lonely waitress hiding from her abusive ex-husband, finds solace in Peter, a quiet drifter with a mysterious past. What starts as a simple, albeit intense, love affair spirals into a horrifying descent into madness when the couple begins to find evidence of invasive bugs in their motel room. As they grapple with their own traumas and addictions, they become increasingly consumed by their shared delusion of a bug infestation. The boundaries between sanity and insanity blur, leading to a chilling and gut-wrenching climax that challenges the perception of reality. The play is a disturbing look into the complexities of love, trust, and the human mind.
