Ellen Hare

Ellen is an actor primarily performing in northeast Florida community theater productions. In film, she had a principal role in the Florida Crystal Reel Award winning short, Planting Hope. Ellen was an extra in the movie Recount, and in the short-lived TV series Big Shamus, Little Shamus, and served as a production assistant for the Season 8 American Idol auditions, in Jacksonville. Theater credits include, but not limited to: Clairee in Steel Magnolias (Orange Park Community Theater; The Island Theater); Lucille in The Cemetery Club (River City Players); Ladies at the Alamo (ABET); Florence Unger in The Odd Couple, female version (OPCT); Marlafaye in The Savannah Sipping Society (The Island Theater); Twink Futrelle in Dashing Through the Snow (ABET); Melissa Frake in State Fair (OPCT); Geminae Twin in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (76 House Dinner Theatre - Swainton, NJ); Margaret Johnson in Sin, Sex and the CIA (OPCT); Dolores the Waitress in Working (ACC - NJ).
